When you provide Littlebeck Warren with personal data we will store this information in line with the Data Protection Act for market research, tracking of bookings and in order to contact you. We will not pass this information on to any third parties. We do not store your card details.
Deposits and Cancellation
To secure a booking, guests are asked (wherever practical) to pay a non-refundable deposit of 10% (min £25) of the value of the booking.
In the event that a cancellation becomes necessary then providing at least 7 clear days’ notice is given, no further moneys will be payable. However, if we receive less than 7 clear days’ notice, the first nights charges are payable. We will make every effort to rebook the room and if successful any payments made will be refunded.
Check in is anytime between 4.30pm and 10pm. Early or late check in can be arranged by request.
Guests are asked to vacate the room on day of departure by 10:30
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. All major credit & debit cards are accepted with the exception of American Express which will incur a 5% surcharge.
Breakages and damage to goods will be charged for.
No food is allowed in the bedrooms.
