This access statement does not contain personal opinions as to our suitability for those with access needs, but aims to accurately describe the facilities and services that we offer all our guests/visitors.

The Building

While we aim to accommodate all disabilities, Littlebeck Warren is a period guesthouse with original features such as low ceilings and beams. The building is not entirely step-free and does not have a lift so is not accessible for wheelchair users. 

Our downstairs bedroom has easy level access to facilities of the house. It also has a wet room with walk in shower area and free standing bath.

Our six rooms with en-suite baths with separate walk-in showers are super king size, two with en-suite showers are king size.

There is level access from the reception area to the dining room, downstairs bedroom, sun lounge and bar. The sun lounge has level access down a slope from the dining room. The exit from the sun lounge to the garden has two very large steps. There is a step between the bar area and the garden. The garden has a few steps and slopes between areas.

Access to the building

Entry and exit from the guesthouse is via a concrete slope from Hayescastle road. There is a small step when entering the guesthouse. During wintery conditions the slope into the car park may be icy so please exercise caution when entering and leaving the car park; we accept no liability for any injuries caused.

Visitors are free to park in the car park but please note that we accept no liability; vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s risk.
